Moroccan Mint Tea

  • Ingredients:
    • 2 tablespoons loose green tea leaves
    • 4-6 sprigs of fresh mint
    • 4 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Instructions:
    1. Boil water and rinse the teapot with a small amount to warm it.
    2. Add green tea leaves and fresh mint to the teapot.
    3. Pour in boiling water, cover, and let steep for about 3 minutes.
    4. Add sugar and stir well.
    5. Pour the tea into glasses from a height to create froth.
